Refund and Returns Policy

At GUTTLICH, every piece is created with intention, precision, and quality-focused craftsmanship. Each order undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in its intended condition.

Order Policy

  • All orders placed on guttlich.com are considered final.
  • Prepaid orders are preferred for faster and smoother order processing.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹250, subject to serviceability and internal verification.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.


Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for delivered orders, except in cases where the customer receives a wrong, damaged, or defective product and the issue is reported within the specified time window.

  • No refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.
  • No refunds after the order has been successfully delivered and accepted, unless approved by the GUTTLICH support team for a verified issue.
  • Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed only after inspection and approval.


Size Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time size exchange to help ensure the right fit, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only size exchange for the same product is allowed.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order item.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability of the requested size.


Conditions for Exchange Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must be intact.
  • Product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
  • Products failing quality inspection upon return will not qualify for exchange.


Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • If approved, reverse pickup may be arranged by GUTTLICH depending on serviceability.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be requested to self-ship the product to the designated address.
  • Shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will be decided only after support review and approval.


Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products purchased during final sale or promotional clearance, unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products showing signs of usage, washing, or alteration.
  • Requests raised beyond the allowed reporting window.
